We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids or disposable vaping products unless they are defective.

Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
Package the item securely and ship it back using the provided prepaid label.
Once received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label.
The following items cannot be returned: Opened e-liquids, disposable vapes (unless defective), clearance items, and products marked "final sale".
